DMCA Takedown Policy

Mod Vault respects intellectual property rights and complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe any content hosted on this site infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.

1. Our Commitment

Mod Vault (modvault.games) is committed to complying with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws. We will respond to valid takedown notices within 48 hours of receipt and remove or disable access to the infringing content promptly.

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

2. How to Submit a Takedown Request

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and its former location on our site.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in which your address is located, or any judicial district in which Mod Vault may be found.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no court action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Mod Vault has adopted a policy of terminating access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
